Welcome to Celia. By creating an account or using this app, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — read them.
Celia is a free meal-planning tool for the celiac community. It helps plan gluten-free, halal-friendly meals; suggests recipes via AI; aggregates grocery lists; and lets a household share one plan across parents, chefs, and the person with celiac.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Don't share your account with people outside your household. If you think someone else accessed your account, sign out everywhere and reset your password.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on your own. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must set the account up for you.
You agree not to:
Meals, plans, settings, and preferences you create belong to you. By using Celia you give us a limited license to store and display this data so the app can function. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy policy for details.
Celia is not medical or dietary advice. Read the full Medical disclaimer. Gluten-free labelling in the app is a planning aid — cross-contamination and ingredient verification are your responsibility. If you have a serious reaction, call your local emergency number, not us.
Some meals are generated by an AI model. We validate suggestions against halal and gluten-free rules and compute macros from a curated nutrition table — but AI can still make mistakes. Treat AI output as suggestions to verify, not authoritative recipes.
Celia is provided free and as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also pause or discontinue the service if running it becomes unsustainable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of Celia are not liable for any harm, illness, allergic reaction, lost data, or other adverse outcome arising from use of the app. Your use of Celia is at your own risk.
You can delete your account anytime — sign in, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Reset everything, then sign out. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. If we change something material, we'll notify household members through the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.
